From humble beginnings in 1890, located in North West London, Nigel Fredericks has now grown into one of the UK's finest suppliers of meat, poultry and game. The company started life as a family business and is still lovingly managed by that same family today. Nigel Tottman now leads what his forefathers started and whilst much has changed, the principles of providing quality product, great service, and ‘safe food’ live on to this day.

State of the Art
Nigel Fredericks is now based in North West London in state of the art, climate controlled facilities. Our factory includes a Dry Aging room for our Vintage Beef and a development kitchen where we run demonstration days for up to 30 people. A typical day will include a tour of the factory, followed by a butchery demonstration, to highlight some great ways to use different cuts of meat.
We also work with many clients to develop new and exciting dishes. Our highly trained and experienced butchers and developers are always ready and willing to provide expert advice and access to our facilities, to ensure our clients remain one step ahead of the competition.
