Our Pre Culinaire department offers our customers a bespoke service that hugely enhances the quality of the product, by using only the finest quality ingredients. By allowing us to prepare your products for you, it also greatly reduces your labour costs.

We have an exciting range of hand made canapés, all freshly made within our premises, by our team of Chefs.

We also produce products to our client’s own recipes, and would be delighted to also work on any product development with you.

For any large events or large orders, we can prepare any of these products for you with a little notice. Whether it’s 5,000 pure Scotch beef burgers you want, or 500 canapés, they will be of the highest quality.
