Since the company was founded in 1890, our aim has always been to supply the finest products available to our clientele, whether in those days to the general public, or today to the catering industry.
We offer every kind of meat, poultry and game, as well as some unique products and services which can be viewed by clicking on the links to the left. These set us aside from other companies and allow us to provide the finest range of products and services to our clients.
Our core range is sourced from the finest suppliers around the world, which includes:
- Cornish Lamb — our selective procurement policy over many years has led us to favour herds raised in the Cornish hills. This area offers ideal natural conditions for producing the finest lamb available. By hanging our lamb for 5/6 days, we ensure a product that has the finest appearance and eating qualities.
- English Pork — English Suffolk Pigs are reared and farmed to the highest industry standards. Suffolk Pigs produce a product with an even fat covering, and a good eye muscle.
- Dutch Milk Fed Veal — We supply only the finest hand selected Dutch Veal. This ensures a superior product which is ‘blush’ in colour, full of flavour, tender, and livers that are firm in texture.
- English and French Poultry — alongside our excellent English range of poultry, the range and quality of French Poultry now available is quite phenomenal, and as direct importers, we are now able to offer our clients the extensive range being produced from the French countryside.
- Game & the Countryside — We offer a full range of game products (including out of season frozen game products) as well as Wild Boar, Ostrich, Milk Fed Goat, and Scottish and Imported Venison.
