We stock a pure and natural demi glace from Finland.

Nigel Fredericks are the sole UK agents for the exclusive range of products made by Karjaportti in Finland. Since its launch in early 1997, these products have very quickly established themselves as the market leader, due entirely to their outstanding quality.

Our Finnish Partners use the traditional method by browning fresh bones for 24 hours to make an aromatic stock. Vegetables and herbs are boiled and the two stocks are then mixed together.

There are no artificial additives, flavours or colours added. The Demi Glace has a shelf life of one year at ambient temperature, or once opened, seven days under refrigeration. All products are packed in 1 litre cartons – 12 litres per case.
